Employee Handover Report Procedure

Just in case you are not aware of the new handover report submission procedures, here’s a guide to help you with that!

We have gathered that there are glitches in the previous online submission procedure such as there being no track record of your submission, sometimes even requiring you to submit multiple times.


“He only found out today that his submission didn’t get through”

Well, fret no more! We would like to introduce the Newforma Platform; which provides more capability and support to handle large files and at the same time, a file transmittal form will be automatically generated to inform the Training Department of your submission. How efficient!

Thus, with effect from 1 June 2014 onwards, we would like you to submit your handover report through the Newforma platform.
